The KPA appears on behalf of its members in cases before Conciliation Officers like the,
- Deputy Labour Commissioner,
- Assistant Labour Commissioner and Labour Officer in Chikmagalur and Hassan.
In addition to this, the KPA also represents its Members in cases filed before the
- Labour Court,
- Industrial Tribunal,
- Minimum Wage Authorities,
- Commissioner for Workmen’s Compensation,
- Authority under the Payment of Gratuity Act, etc.
By doing so, the members need not engage an Advocate for representing their cases before the above Authorities.
