We are pleased to confirm our participation at the World Coffee Conference and Expo 2023 to be at Bangalore Palace from 26th to 28th September 2023. We will be taking up a Gold Sponsorship, which includes an 18 square meter stall. We look forward to your participation in this once in a lifetime experience and to making this a grand success for the Karnataka Planters Association and its members.
Additional Information
- We have limited numbers of the above mentioned packages and passes. All packages/passes will be allotted on a first come first serve basis on receiving payments.
- Members are required to share information in the specified format for the member directory. The template will be shared on confirmation of payment.
- Members will be allocated time, based on regions to serve their coffees across all 3 days. We will communicate the exact quantity, timelines and logistics required.
- A placard with member estate, brand name and a short write up will be provided.
- Members are welcome to bring the marketing material, samples and memorabilia to give away to visitors.
- For placement of products on display, we will communicate the exact quantity, timelines and logistics required.
