Membership Options & Application

TYPES OF MEMBERS:

Association Member:
Any planting or other Association in Karnataka whether incorporated or unincorporated, having objects altogether or inpart similar to those of the KPA is eligible to be an Association Member.

Firm Member:
Any Company, Firm, Corporation or Association of persons interested in the objects of the KPA or desirous of being associated in any way with its Ordinary or Associate or Association Members, if not eligible to become an Ordinary, Associate or Association Member can become a Firm Member.

Personal Member:
Any person who is interested in the objects of the KPA and who is not otherwise eligible for membership can become a personal Member of the Association.

Ordinary Member:
Any owner or part owner in possession or lessee in possession of an estate in Karnataka can be an ordinary Member of the Association.

UPASI Member:

Associate Member:
Any owner or part owner in possession or lessee in possession of estate in Karnataka comprising of area of 10 hectares and below is eligible to be an Associate Member.

Dear sir,
I/We being the owners or part owners (Lessees in possession of the estate(s) particulars of which are enumerated in Form Ihereto and having interests in estate(s) particulars of which are set out in Form II below apply for membership of the KPA and request you to enter my/our name(s) on the Register of Members.

I/We declare that I/We have no interest in any planted area other than those enumerated in Form I or Form II.

I/We agree to conform to be bound by the objects and Rules of the KPA now in force and to such amendments there to as may hereafter be introduced and to such new rules as may from time to time be passed.

I/We agree to become/remain a member of the UPASI so long as I/We remain a member of the KPA.

NOTE : Every applicant shall become a Member for all the planted area in which the applicant has an interest and shall submit a separate application in the above form for each separate interest.
